* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

The Branch Manager will play a pivotal role in the success of our Whangarei branch. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Whangarei operation, including customer service, project management, health and safety, and team leadership.
* Secure new business opportunities and develop strong client relationships.
* Provide accurate quotes and ensure timely project completion within budget.
* Oversee all aspects of asbestos removal projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
* Manage a team of asbestos removal specialists, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure a high standard of workmanship.
* Maintain accurate records and reports related to projects, staff, and finances.
* Ensure the branch operates profitably and meets company targets.
* Comply with all relevant health and safety legislation.
* Proven experience in the asbestos removal industry (minimum 5 years).
* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to asbestos removal (HERA qualification preferred).
* Excellent project management skills.
* Experience in leading and motivating a team.

Due to increased growth, Revolve Asbestos Solutions are looking for key people who want to work hard and have a team mentality. Whether you want to move to one of New Zealand’s main cities or live on the rural outskirts if you’re an experienced Class A Supervisor (minimum of 2yrs) in the asbestos industry we want to talk to you.
These roles are highly regarded within our company, even though you will need to work independently with your team on site you will always have access to our Project Management staff who also hold their Supervisor’s, and H&S tickets.
Revolve Asbestos Solutions is a company that is different! We believe in training, upskilling, and rewarding those who join us and become a team player.
On a day-to-day basis your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
* Working with our Project Management and Sales teams to guarantee that all levels of compliance are always met when traveling to and from and while on site.
* You will be included in establishing removal Methodologies and writing ARCP’s for both friable and non-friable asbestos removals.
* You will need to be someone who works with your team, holding morning Toolbox / Safety meetings, examining your team’s equipment to ensure it is up to standard, certified and filters are clean.
* Adhering to all Health & Safety process is a non-negotiable for this role.
* You will need to be prepared to give guidance where required and help your team with a hands-on approach throughout the removal projects.
1. Class A Removalist and Supervisors qualification
2. Good team leadership – At least 2 years’ experience
3. Class B Removalist and Supervisors qualification
4. A can do, will do focus to H&S and helping the team.
5. Eligible to work in New Zealand
6. Full drivers’ license
7. Police Clearance
Required New Zealand qualifications: NZQA29765 / NZQA29766 / NZQA29767 or equivalent Australian, English or American qualifications.
